Hi, my name is Christian. I'm a licensed counselor serving clients in-person in Dallas, Texas and offer Telemental-Health throughout the state. My focus is individual therapy, child therapy, teen therapy, and working with families. Through Play and Activity Therapy, I help children and teens become aware of their emotions, learn coping strategies, gain self-awareness, and a sense of control. I assist parents and caregivers in better understanding their children and teens to strengthen their relationships and lessen power struggles. Finding the right counselor can be an exhausting and difficult process. I offer a free, 15-minute phone or video consultation so you can see if we're a good fit.
